Order Process
Here, we will provide the customer with the detailed order process.
1. Selecting Doll: If you have any questions about the doll's functionality options, you can contact us through online chat or email.(service@eagosoul.com)
2. Placing an Order and Making Payment: Regardless of whether the payment is successful or not, our system will automatically email you to find it in your email inbox, and if you don't see it, please check your spam folder. You should be able to receive details of any failed or successful transactions from your bank. If the payment fails, do not hesitate to contact your bank or contact us.
3. Confirm Your Shipping Address: Once we receive a successful payment for an order, Please confirm your shipping address and reply our email so that we can ship your doll asap. If the address is wrong, please contact us to modify it within 24 hours.
4. Doll Shipment: Once your package ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number and link so you can see the movement of your package.All customers need not worry about not receiving their love dolls. If the dolls are not received, we will provide a satisfactory compensation plan to the customer.
5. Delivery & Inspection: The dolls will be delivered by shipping companies such as UPS, FedEx, etc.If the customer notices any damage to the outer packaging upon receiving the package, please take photos or videos before opening the package. It is also important to record a video while unpacking. Send us the video or pictures, and we will compensate accordingly based on the extent of the doll's damage. Compensation options may include a partial refund or sending a repair replacement.
6. Review: After you receive the doll and find it satisfactory, we kindly ask you to leave us a five-star review. We also look forward to seeing beautiful photos of the love doll shared in your review.
